Biography:
Amin Olaimat is a professor of food microbiology and safety at Hashemite University, Jordan. Olaimat published more than 115 peer-reviewed papers in the most renowned international journals of food science and he has been featured among Stanford University’s top 2% of the most globally influential scientists list.
Interests:
Inhibition of spoilage and pathogenic microorganisms in food, development of active, intelligent food packaging systems, development of functional food products, conducting public health surveillances and epidemiological investigations.
