Any user of this website will be considered a “customer” and will be referred to as “you” or “your” throughout this document of terms and conditions.

I. Scifiniti Products and Services

Scifiniti facilitates the publication of scientific journals through this website, and all articles published in these journals are released under the CC BY 4.0 license. This license allows unrestricted use of the data, provided the original copyright holder is credited. By publishing the article with Scifiniti, the customer has granted rights to the publisher to publish it under a CC BY 4.0 license.

We at Scifiniti diligently pursue post-publication coverage for all our journals and published articles, striving to get them indexed in academic databases, indexing agencies, and journal ranking lists. However, it's important to note that Scifiniti does not guarantee or provide warranties to our customers regarding the indexation of their published content in any indexing and abstracting agencies, repository services, or other platforms. We don’t have any control over ranking, indexation, or citations.

Once a manuscript is submitted to Scifinti on the suggested platform, a legal contract is established between the publisher and customer.  The customer has now authorized the publisher to proceed with his manuscript to plagiarism checking and peer reviewing.

Throughout the peer review phase, authors have the right to withdraw their manuscript from consideration. However, following the completion of the peer review process, withdrawal requests will not be entertained.

Scifinti reserves the editorial right to decline submitted articles during any stage of the evaluation process without the requirement to provide specific reasons. This discretionary approach aligns with the journal's steadfast commitment to upholding the highest standards of academic and editorial integrity.

II. Use of Copyrighted Material

The customer is responsible for obtaining permission from the original copyright holder if their manuscript includes material requiring such permission. Scifiniti bears no responsibility for the reproduced material used by the customer. It is crucial for customers to strictly adhere to copyright license terms and conditions, with a strong recommendation for compliance.

In the event of third-party claims against Scifiniti regarding the publication of a customer's article, the customer commits to defending Scifiniti against such claims, financial losses, or legal actions. The customer acknowledges full responsibility for safeguarding Scifiniti from any legal challenges of this nature.

By accepting the manuscript, we operate under the assumption that it is an original submission and has not been published or is in the process elsewhere. However, if it is presented at a conference, kindly inform the Editorial Office.

For papers with multiple authors, the corresponding authors, representing all co-authors, confirm their unanimous agreement with the manuscript's content.

III. Customers’ Email Addresses

Scifiniti publishes articles as open access, making authors' email addresses visible to website visitors. By submitting articles, customers provide consent to publish their email addresses alongside the article. The customer or corresponding author, during manuscript submission, ensures that the email addresses of all authors will be published along with the manuscript.

IV. Terms of Payment

During the inaugural year of a journal, Scifiniti will not impose charges for article publication, excluding fees for extensive graphics and editing services. Minor corrections in English language or graphics enhancement, if needed, will be provided free of charge. However, if the manuscript requires extensive editing for grammar and spelling errors, or if extensive graphics services are needed, customers may opt for these services at an additional cost. It is optional for customers to utilize these services from the Scifiniti professional team; they are free to avail of any similar services from any other provider if they so choose.

The article processing charges for all journals will be determined after the inaugural year of publication.

V. Discounts

Scifiniti does not impose any article processing charges for the inaugural year of a journal. However, discounts on other services are provided to reviewers and members of our Editorial Board. Scifiniti may consider offering discounts upon request but reserves the right to grant or decline discounts or waivers without specifying reasons.

VII. Force Majeure

Scifiniti shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations, arising from circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, war, fire, explosion, pandemic, or other force majeure events. This exemption encompasses events that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and beyond the reasonable control of Scifiniti.

All articles published at Scifiniti adhere to standard international practices, ensuring content is free from plagiarism and unethical material. However, the accuracy, correctness, originality, and reliability of the content are the sole responsibility of customers/authors.
